This work from home position allows you to set your own schedule, choose your own clients and self manage. 

As an outside sales rep, you will be responsible for advertising sales, hemp product sales, and ticket sales. You will have the ability to manage your sales portfolio and have a say in what you are selling. We expect you to nurture your client relationships and be a human face to the movement. 

 

Who we're looking for:

Sales Savvy: You may not know everything about sales but a passion to learn and a quick study will take you far. Preference is given to passion not expertise. Your passion is what predicts results in this industry. 

An Entrepreneur:

The right professional for this opportunity must have a business owner mentality, the desire to capitalize on ever changing industries and will get excited about participating on the ground level of the industry. Given that the industry is in start up phase, adjusting to change is a must. Proactivity is necessary. 

Compassion Minded: We believe patients and consumers are central to every businesses' importance. You are required to have a compassionate approach. 

Preference: Candidates in the state of Kentucky, or Washington D.C are strongly encouraged to apply.

● Develop a sales plans & territory (this is for your focus however there are no exclusive territories).

● 100% performance based
